The 2024-2025 ¡HICA! Scholarship is Open
Deadline: April 30, 2024 by 5:00 pm
Requirements: All applicants must submit the application and the required documents listed below:
1. Education Intent: Copy of acceptance letter to the institution or program, proof of enrollment or class schedule. Other documentation may be admissible. Contact scholarships@hicaalabama.org with questions.
2. Proof of Financial Need: Copy of the FAFSA or copy of tax return for the year 2022 (Form 1040). If you have any questions regarding this, contact scholarships@hicaalabama.org.
3. Letter of Recommendation: Submit one letter of recommendation from a teacher or counselor, employer, coach or family friend.
4. Academic Record: Preference will be given to students who have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 for high school courses or a 2.75 for college courses. Submit a copy of official or unofficial transcript.
