¡HICA! Disapproves of HB56 Ruling, Vows to Appeal

The Hispanic Interest Coalition of Alabama (¡HICA!) expresses grave concerns about the preliminary injunction issued today by Chief U.S District Judge Sharon Blackburn.  Although the ruling enjoined key parts of Alabama’s anti-immigrant law HB56, it also left many pieces in place that jeopardize the future of immigrants in Alabama.
