Executive Director Isabel Rubio Presents Award at NCLR Capital Awards

¡HICA! Executive Director Isabel Rubio will present an award at the National Council of La Raza's Capital Awards, March 2nd 2010 at the National Building Museum in Washington, D.C.  The Capital Awards is the only Hispanic event that recognizes members of Congress from both sides of the aisle for their outstanding support of public policies that are vital to Hispanic Americans.  Awards are also given to leaders outside of Washington who courageously and tirelessly advocate for the Latino community.
